Author’s Take: People’s perception of time as the reason for change. If sleep would or could stop a current Pain, we would take a year, more to avoid suffering.
Realizing time Doesn’t make changes unless we Do something. Some effort or work while time passes Makes us feel better. Work can be started sooner than later.
Ending Thought: “If I know I’ll feel better about something 6 months from now, what can I do today that will help me feel better now?”
—————————————————————Time is a man-made construct. Only man feels the need to Control the environment by regulating the division of Time. No other Living Be-ing cares or is subjected to the constraints of time, beyond those WE impose on our domesticated animals. The passing or changes of the Seasons manages the reproductive & growth cycles but has Nothing to do with Time.!!
As with most people, the Author’s belief in the Idiam, “Time heals all Wounds.” is usually applied to Emotional wounds. The “Feelings” of those wronged or abused are not visible so there is no concept of Healing like a small cut that heals if kept clean, in a short time. The emotional pain people feel seems to Take Longer. Activity to “move things around” Makes US feel better. The misconception of the “work” as Why we feel better is a belief that activity is the “Cure”. The reality is that it is because we take our Attention away from the Issue at hand. Not thinking of it changes the thought vibrations that create “Better Feeling” emotions.!!
Knowing change will come, will activity now be as effective as later? What activity will give me Relief now?!!
Change only happens when we know what we Don’t want. When life’s contrast causes discomfort in your Experience, you have a thought of what you Want…(different, to change). The only way Time is involved in the transformation process is if the Thought of What-Is (the current perceived reality) is given More focused attention than the Wanted change.
We create our Own reality, Physically & Emotionally; with the Thought & Emotional vibrations offered on the topic in focus. Law of Attraction gathers the Like vibrations of it and more of the Same BeComes in your Experience.
Emotions are a different vibration than anything physical. We know this, it’s evident. However, most don’t understand that the Two are the SAME. Both are manifestations of our thoughts. Both are vibrational, managed equally by LoA & “controlled” by the One with the thought. Both can be “Changed” in the same way.
So how Are changes Made.?? If “work” isn’t the cause of changes, what is.?? More importantly, how can Emotions be Made to Change easier.??
If an emotional response to an occurrence in a situation is uncomfortable, the common & Usual desire is to rid oneself of the sensation of Hurt or pain “Caused” by the even by some Physical Action (separation or removal).
Whatever contrast happened, the Thought of the belief of its significance “caused” the Emotion/Feeling (pain). A Belief is just a Habit if Thought that is continually Reinforced.!!
That might sound circular so this is an example: A harsh word is spoken by one & another is Emotionally “hurt” by the Action. (The Underlying & overbearing assumption/belief is that the One’s actions caused the other’s FEELINGS to be hurt.)
In a Universe where we create Our own reality, we get what we think most about. That is a very General term as Understanding of LoA gives way to the Broader picture. Emotions are the 1st “manifestations” of thought. Thereby, it would seem Reason-able that Emotions are the 1st control we have over what happens “to” us.
In order for things, conditions or situations to change, we must 1st change our beliefs that outside forces “cause” our Feelings & accept that we are Vibrational Be-ings, living in a Vibrational Universe where our Vibrational thoughts control the outcomes of our personal Realities. Then when we learn to Monitor our feelings 1st & then approach whatever subject from a position of Knowing, that What-Is is of our own making. As a result, we control the What-Is of our everyday Experience. Changes BeCome what we want if the attention is on the Solution & Not the problem.-JMO
